namenya 0 Posted December 9, 2002 Share Posted December 9, 2002 Anyone know what Naeba is like at the moment? The info page says just 50cm of snow, but the resort has been open since late November. With the snow we've got now looking like it is continuing for the next few days, I'm getting ready to go to Naeba on Wednesday, but it would be nice to hear from anyone who has seen it first hand... They have a man-made slope open but until last night not much real snow at all to talk about. Take a look at the Yuzawa Now page which has some new photos as of 1pm today. While Naeba is 30 minutes from the town, it is doubtful that there is heavy snow going on up there right now. Best to wait, I think. Link to post Share on other sites
HoTRoD 2 Posted December 9, 2002 Share Posted December 9, 2002 Risking some "why don't you just go out there NOW" retorts, my Japanese friend went up to Naeba last weekend for some event and said it sucked big time.
