Where to look on the mainland to show of coming weather systems

Hi, I have noticed for the first time this month that the forecast for Happo One is sunny and a little bit warmer (first week of Feb).. I was wondering if anyone knew where to look in russia or china that what would show of coming systems..

 

eg: a city on the mainland which in general shows what is about to come over to japan
