The most lively part is Ichinose, around 4F on this map. http://www.snowjapan.com/e/japan-ski-town-maps/shiga-kogen/shiga-kogen.html But there are hotels dotted around other areas - Okushiga, Maruike (the 'central' area), and Kumanoyu.
