Just thought it was an interesting idea for a ski resort. Pretty much what some bars try and do.
-
Japanese not great but it's on the website
-
Also think they're offering free day passes to 18-24 year old females this season.
-
Have been counting the days and will certainly be there
-
It's a shame. If they could link a few of the smaller ones together I think it would make a big difference. Make these places a decent place to go for a day rather than just a morning.
-
I don't understand why they don't link up with Maiko. Their top lift stations look so close when you are up there. Turn two smallish mediocre areas into....one big mediocre area?
-
I could be interested.

Don't know how the jobs stack up but Naeba better for a season than Gala IMHO

What news on the Dukes? Are they any good?

Sure there is a waterproof joke in there somewhere but too tired to look.
-
And where does that work as camouflage?

No good board shops here in Yuzawa so probably best to make a stop in Tokyo on your way up.

Who made up the numbers that we do maths with?
Maybe my teacher was wrong and I was right all along?
I hate maths

Saw The Hoax last night. Great film with a surprisingly convincing Richard Gere

Sounds pretty lame but that extra couple of kms and the thought of the ski over to Kagura were enough to make me take the 1000yen hit.

Had a season pass but didn't get the free car park one. Spent loads on parking on the weekends.
-
Got a letter from them for this year's season pass
-
Free parking pass if you buy your season ticket before 15 Nov

I'm in the countryside and am plagued by thoughts of how much more fun you lot might be having in the city

Not sure it counts as cho yummy but went to a friend's house and they had this book on how to make a kid's bento more interesting. Who thought quails' eggs could be so fun?

There is a small adaptive school in Yuzawa (npo-neige adaptive) though not sure they rent out their gear. Might be worth an ask, though I would imagine you would be better off bringing your own mono if you can transport it. There is also another school in Minakami who might be worth an email.
