Hi All, hope everyone is experiencing great stuff this time of year. Unfortunately, I have an annoying story to tell. Went to the JR Shinjuku office yesterday, and asked for a shinkansen/lift ticket package for 1 day to Tashiro. Was told that it wasn't possible, due to the system being closed for the New Year Holiday. That's right, shop open, system closed(yo figure). Then went to a Travel Agency, same answer, but, they happily told me they could take a hotel booking(makes sense). Gets more annoying. Was told today, that JR View has an ATM system, by a J friend.
