  1. i like rockin around the xmas tree. back in high school i got one of those billboard xmas tapes that has that one and jingle bell rock, elvis's blue xmas, white xmas(not the bing crosby one), etc. it's pretty good, but it's only like 25 minutes so it gets old real fast.

  2. i am going to have a big feast \:D . got a turkey, brought back stuffing, cranberry sauce, gravy, pumpkin pie mix from the us. my friend is making roast potatoes and other englishy things. want to eat and drink mulled wine all day. then go boarding on boxing day.

  3. at last years bonenkai, we went to a little karaoke/whiskey bar for the nijikai. it was a tiny place and there were just a couple of salarymen there singing when we arrived. they were so excited to see a foreigner, they started clapping. i really dont like karaoke with my coworkers- its just not fun to sing the same english songs (top of the world, country roads, some other oldies) and to listen to j ones i dont know. but that time really sucked bc i had to sing a duet with one of these sleazy salarymen who had his hand slipping down my back the whole time. then i missed the last train to zwelgens where i was staying. thanks again barok for letting me crash at yours... i dont know what else i would have done.

  4. its a jphone/vodafone made by toshiba. bought it last year. the model number is something like ts-51. yeah, i've been complaining to vodafone a bunch, trying to figure why it happened, if its going to happen again. they said that even though the phone was turned off, something about absence of radiowaves made the battery drain and then it reset itself like a new phone... i dont really understand. i want them to give me a new phone with the same number for free, and i got them to agree to not charge me the processing fee to upgrade, but i would still have to pay 3000yen for a new phone. i dont really want to keep my phone if it will clear again the next time i leave the country, but i dont want to pay any money either.

  5. so i took my keitai home to the us for thanksgiving bc i wanted to show and take some pics. and i needed it to call the chuo taxi when i got back to narita. even though i left with a full battery and turned the phone off when i got to the airport, i couldnt turn on the phone at home nor upon my arrival back in japan. when i recharged it, all my data (memory dial, pics) was cleared mad.gif mad.gif mad.gif mad.gif has this happened to anyone else? my friend who has the same phone said the same thing happened when he took it to england. this sucks!!!
