By the way, the basic info was that H47/Goryu are offering a season pass for 48,000 yen if bought by October 31st.

Yes, it was blatant advertising, and it was taken off. We have contacted the resort directly explaining the situation to them and also asking them for more info etc - we hope they'll get back to us soon.

"mistermojo" has been deleted from the forums as it seems he/she was using somebody elses details to register.
It would be a real shame if we had to make registration more difficult, and to be generally stricter with the forums.
If things like this happen again, the quickest way to bring something to our attention is to click on the Report Post link that you can find on every post on the forums.

Most of us surely agree with what you're saying, and we do ask & hope that everyone using these Forums stick to healthy debate, rather than those flames that sometimes begin to appear. Happily, the vast majority of people using the Forums do just that....

Due to them having more snow than they anticipated, Kagura in Yuzawa (Niigata) have announced that they are going to open up the top Main Gelende (all 600m of it!) on the following dates:
May 24th (Sat), 25th (Sun)
May 31st (Sat)
June 1st (Sun)
Mitsumata Ropeway will be open from 8am-5pm. Tickets are - adults 3000 yen & children 2000 yen.
Apparently there is currently still 120cm of snow up there.

To answer your first question, apart from searching on a member name and using the links that come up as the search result there aren't any easy ways to collect all the posts of any member.
As for the question about the most characters - no, we can't know about that either. Total number of posts for each member etc yes, but not characters.

Yes, it was Yuzawa and the hotel was "Takahan" - it's still there, just round the corner from the GALA Yuzawa shinkansen station.

Bad news, big-will...they check it quite often actually - and it looks like they book people who overstay their welcome as well it. Probably best not to try it if you want to avoid a ticket.
