Man Utd gave Chelsea the guard of honor when they won the league the first time. Will be very interesting to watch them suck it up and return the favour, or snub them and look like even bigger losers. HAHA. Im going to get up to watch it live just to see how that bit pans out.

mourinho as usuall took defeat like a 14 yr old girl rather than a man.
their season is looking like a disaster now, wonder if he will be sacked?
crouch was poor i thought last night, doint like the long ball thing at all. we look dangerous with gerrard in the middle and pennant on the right, using the wingers and riise overlapping.
wow, cant beleive we are in the final. really thought we were gonna go out to an away goal but chelsea never looked dangerous really. us vs man utd or milan, eitehr way it will be an awesome final. jesus i cant imagine the hype if it is man utd.

when you click the threa title in the main index, it should open the latest post, not the first post. and you should remove the page 1,2,3..45 links from the index. too cluttered. i imagine only 1% of people would want to open page 3 or whatever so let them do it from inside the thread not from the main index. il probably keep moaning about this until it gets done ;-)

in the dark room you can change both the film and the print.
i think people dont normally process their own color film, but with balck and white you can make it but with balck and white you can make it more/less grainy during development of the film.
when making a print, in color or b/w, you can increase the contrast and also dodge/burn part of the print to, say make a white sky get some cloud detail in etc.
all this you cna of course do in photoshpo too. i think newspapers of course do in photoshpo too. i think newspapers have a policy of what is and isnt acceptable to do. the above are ok to do. stuf like adding someone in where they werent orginally is generally not ok, but you will see the sun and other tabloids do it to some extent.
i have a canon g7 which is almost like an slr but still compact and small, i love it. i also have 2 nikon film camera which i never use. if i used film i would only do it with a medium format camera. for me 35mm is no better than todays digital prints, although you do get a different looking image.

I hate the 'buffon' hair-dos that men have here. Really big 80s style hair with feathered mini-mullets. They look like women and stink of hairspray.

The idea of men hitting women seems somehow more likely here than in UK. On TV last week I saw a guy just sliding tackle this woman, it was a gag but he really clobbered her hard and I thought if someone did that on TV in the UK that would be the end of their career, but all that happened was everyone was in hysterics.

I heard theres some trouble brewing about them wanting to take it through Tibet too. On NHK news this morning I saw something about the French presidential candidate (the woman) saying she wanted to boycott the chinese olympics but not sure if it was for that reason. Nothing on BBC news online about that though...

I think its his way of trying to pressure the next referee. He has been going on about how they never get penalties for weeks now. One day they will probably get a dodgy one thanks to his comments...hope not though.

Would like to get a wii but when you got a highvision TV it seems a waste to get a wii instead of an xbox360. If only they had made it higher spec then I'd buy one

I generally don't lie but when I do I like to think it is for altruistic reasons such as protecting people from hearing some unpleasant news etc. When I do lie I am sometime surprised by how confident I am doing it. I'm pretty sure I don't lie for boasting reasons, though I sure know plenty of people who do.

Well I think they just dont know their stuff here. In the UK, the commentators know everything there is to know about the game, refs, players histories etc so they can rattle stats off at will. On top of that they have researchers and stats programs to feed them data to report.
I think the JP commentators have very little of that so they have little say beyond who has the ball and if what they did was good or not good. Actually I noticed they even dont know all the players names all the time, or at least cant name them without seeing the number on their shirt. Pretty poor really but the audiences here dont know/expect better.

Hmm what did say about Joe Cole, Crouch and Pennant? J.Cole gets their goal and we look a different team with Crouch on. Zenden was surprisingly a big player for us that night but Id have prefered to see Gerrard in the middle and pennant on the right instead of macherano or alonso.
Not a great result for us but not bad either. Probably the closest result you could get to the tie being at stalemate. We had about 30mins in the second half where we we all over them but had few chances, was a shame we couldn't get the goal.
Anything can happen now at Anfield, will be an awesome game.

Its probably a reference to when Benitez said that about Everton one time, although I'm sure he said it innocently whereas Mourinho here is clearly trying to do a wind up as he has packed together about 4 different insults into one little interview.

What a loser - just play the game and shut your mouth. No wonder everyone hate Chelsea. It wouldnt surprise me at all if some of the refs want to shut him up too and bias towards Man Utd. No class I tells ta.

Was another nice game from old trafford. That one is still wide open now. Man Utd just have to keep a clean sheet and they are through, but that wont be easy with KAKA in town.
