I've had items go missing in the UK post many times. There was a tv documentary about it and they showed the post sorting guys in there with all kinds of gadgets in order to detect whats inside letters. Or they simply just bagged and took home any nice looking packages. There was some guy in there with a BMW who was making stupid money by stealing post. All those postal workers were lowly educated simpleton types, many immigrants too (not that I have anything against them, but they are equally bad as the english when it comes to stealing mail).
I think there is a serious problem in the UK where the working class think they are above working class work: as shown by their love of designer clothes, excess debt, and lax work attitude. Myself I am working class but I got out of it by working hard and doing something about it, rather than stealing or waiting to be given handouts.

So do you stand outside your house all day preventing people from looking at it?
Anyway, this is the argument google will try to use. Personally I dont have strong feelings about it either way, I think its a nice service but I can see some ethical issues with it too.

In what way does it take away your privacy? They remove people from the photos...

Ive been using street-view a lot for researching a location in the US. I have to say, from a user perspective it is amazing. It is like being there: you can see people, shopfronts, houses. It will be exciting when the next generation of this comes out and you can navigate it like in a video game.
From a privacy point of view...well, I dont think google are asking anyone. They are just doing it and taking a gamble. I dont see the big deal really, theres really not a lot a criminal can do with the information at this time.

I checked their interest rates and its better than GoLloyds. Like 1% better and they charge no fee either. So for transferring money it *seems* much better. I'm thinking to transfer yen to the UK, then put it into a citibank online account which offers about 6% interest. Seems like a plan but they have so many accounts and terms, quite confusing.
What sucked about them? Cant be much worse than a japanese bank...

Does anyone use citibank and what has been your experiences?
Do they offer decent interest rate?
Is it economical to use them if you travel a lot or need to transfer money between 2/3 countries occassionally?

My guesses for entries in that list:
- Casablanca
- Wizard of Oz
- 2001 Space Oddsey
- Thelma and Louise
- Butch Cassidy + sundance kid
- the good the bad and the ugly

They should be able to buy out their own contracts for one billion dollarz and a fluffy white cat. Like with soldiers.

He is 30, not 24, so he should get real I think.
I have been dissapointed that Liverpool have only been going for Barry (who I thnk we dont really need, Gerrard and Masche are fine), but I was happy to see today we are going for my man Villa

Yonayona is amazing on tap, though I only ever found two places that did it on tap (old rock in matsumoto and some restaurant in karuizawa).
From a can, my favourite is Suntory Malts and to a lesser extent Premium Malts.

It looks a bit like something Elton John would use with his toyboys.

I watched the first set before going to bed. will try to catch a replay.

It may mean they start importing decent thai rice, which would be a good thing. Japanese rice is found only in Japan for good reason!

5 mins.
1min to get to work, 2 mins to walk along the gate to the entrance, then another 2 retracing my steps on the other side of the fence. I could cut my journey time by 80% if only they moved the entrance or let me jump the fence.

Everything is fine...

True. Thinking of it, Bobby Forth-Greatest (son of Lucy Forth and Gerald Greatest), surely should be somewhere in the top five.

Yeh I had a vic20 too. dont remember any games on it tho.

In practice they bend the rules on check in depending on circumstances. I've got away with all sorts before. Im sure you will be ok with your two bags, though you might have to put them into one single plastic bag in order to satisfy the one bag rule.

Pele was not the best player, but he just had a good legacy of being a world cup winner 3 times or whatever. Maradona was the best.
Best is obviously not in the top 1000 either.

what is the markup code to add an image here?

I just typed some text into a SJF post.
Christ, this page is going to end up like Twitter.

Unfortunately he is injured for the first 3 months which will buy him a lot of time to get everything resolved without being forced to sit in the stands. I would watch every man utd game every week just to see him sat up there in the stands being taught a life lesson. It would also be a great farewell move from Sir Alex the master b'stard.
