  1. I am not saying that it isnt heaving at lunchtime. I am saying that it is the same outside japan, because lunchtime is a natural time to eat lunch.

Also, i am saying that it is a cliche to say that the japanese have no individuality, and it amazes me how westerners who actually live in this country can maintain that belief. It's a little tricky, and to some extent I agree that the japanese can be drone-like, but I think sometimes people take that view to a non-real extreme.

  2. So anyway i tried them out for the first time today.

They are definitely much easier to get into, and it is possible to put them on while on the lift. I found it better (safer) to put them on while waiting on the red line before sitting on the lift though. However, I got told off by the staff for doing this. I guess they were saying you cannot be strapped in on the lift, which i thought was weird and unnecessary.

They gripped my foot better and I felt like I had more control over the board. They are slightly heavy but its not much of a problem given the advantages.

    I am a happy customer. \:\)

  3. I just bought these new bindings made by FLOW. They are hybrid step in/strap in, so you can strap in while you are sitting on the chair lift. I bought them cos all the reviews on the net I found were raving about them. They feel really comfy, as the pressure from the support straps is divided across the top of most of your boot.

I'm busting to try them out but will have to wait for a while. In the meantime, does anybody have a pair and if so what do you make of them?

Are they too good to be true?

  4. yeah i have got 120,121,306 and 307. maybe some more. i dont know. but for sure i get all the english soccer they have to offer. i cant remember the name of the pack, but i think it is the premiership soccer pack or something and its 3000yen.

you also get loads of other crap like italian, french, spanish soccer and uefa cup (yeah!) worthington cup etc.

  5. yup you sure are. you need channels 306 and 307 too. they are JSkySports. i pay 3000 yen a month for the soccer pack that has all the preimership live games. phone them and hassle them about it. theres usually 3 different live games on on a sat night, with one being on 306 or 307.

  6. yeah i saw it on skyperfect in my house. they seem to show liverpool every weekend, its great. \:\)

we had a house load of chances but kept skimming the post and stuff. hamman and murphy both came really close. owen missed some good chances. gerrard looked awful and skied every shot he had from outside the box.

to be fair, they had a lot of chances too, but not as many as us.

lets hope they shape up for the vitesse game on thursday.

  7. grim tidings...a narrow win on pens over the 'mighty' ipswich. \:\(

however, it said on BBC that Dudek did ok. Made a good save late in the game.

I don't think we are gonna see Kirkland this season unless Dudek gets injured. Thats my interpretation of the club policy going on last nights team sheet.

  8. dudek is a GREAT keeper.

But, I am looking forward to seeing more of Kirkland. He is also shxthot, and I kinda wanna see him in the team for Englands sake.

I think Houllier gave dudek enough chances. he messed up against fulham, vitesse, boro and man utd. so its time now.
