I was just taking a read through the resort reviews section - interesting stuff - and some of the posts on here about resorts and some of the reactions for GALA stood out.
People either seem to love or hate the place. I've never been myself but the differing opinions is interesting.

I was hoping we would have Mr Gerrard with the side too, but seems maybe unlikely now with a groin injury. They play them too hard in England.

Living in Kobe, there are LOTS of foreigners around. I have a friend in rural Gifu though who basically has only Japanese friends in his town.

I couldn't understand why all the movie mags etc gave it decent reviews. I thought it was awful.
Oh yes, maybe it had something to do with it being a Speilberg/Kuibrick whatever movie. Couldn't possibly be no good, could it?

I really don't think so. Wishful thinking maybe, but hopefully no. I am concerned that "happy boisterous" drinkers may be seen by over sensitive police as "hooligans".
