It's the same kind of thing but perhaps not as fast. I'm so pleased with it though, fast enough for me. I can use 25 hours a month, any volume of data and they do a plan of totally unlimited data as well (I think).

Just want to say thanks fjef for letting me know about this. Looks like a great service and much cheaper than anything docomo can offer.

On the news just now something about Seibu (Prince?) selling about 12 hotel/ski facilities in Hokkaido (and other areas) - including Niseko.

Remember the pdf file thread?
Actually I don't mind pdfs at all. It's when a link does not tell me beforehand that it is a pdf file and my computer does all that freezing up thing for 30 seconds that I don't like.

I wash my hands and clean much more than I used to before I came here - I think this is a mix of the influence of a certain lady friend and just because I was still in "student mode" when I came here (even though I hadn't been a student for a while)

Illusionist David Blaine, who is spending seven-days submerged in a water-filled sphere, is to receive medical treatment.
Blaine's spokesman Pat Smith said the 33-year-old's peeling skin and overall condition was worrying doctors.
But he added Blaine was "determined" to complete the "human aquarium" stunt at Lincoln Center in New York.

Japanese friend went up last week said there was tons of snow left. Spring conditions but it is late April. He took some great photos, I'll try to get hold of some of them.
