Generally with the people on this one.
The issue becomes more important when the staff start to take advantage of this attitude and push it to the limits...although if they are at that stage anyway you might be better off without them.

I just have problems improving and getting my accent better. When I speak I feel like I'm getting it nailed, but if I listen to a tape it brings me right back down to (below) earth.

I don't know much myself either, just very interested.
All I've read about him doing in the early days is some major shagging & taking body building steroids. (And that may not be true either)

Not the same difference here. I am on ADSL, but deleting the mails without having to download them all does make a difference. It is also helpful that the mails are flagged.
In the BLACKLIST, OPTIONS part there is an option to "Auto-delete blacklisted messages". Perhaps this is what I should be doing. Some great big warning message appears when you first click on that and it put me off.
I think I'll give it a try.

Very cool compared to a normal year - still! We've been saying things like this the last 2 months or so now...lets hope it carries on. I don't mind Thai rice myself

I've been using the mailwasher pro software the last few months, and while it does make it easier and quicker to delete spam mail, there doesn't seem to be much of a decrease in volume of junk - even though I blacklist all junk and set it to bounce.
Maybe I'm doing something wrong or missing something......

I just think it all looks really sad, everyone heads down messing around with . For the most part all their 'saying' is "genki?" and the like 10 times a day. Each to his/her own I suppose....

I like GOOD action movies, but there are so many duff full of crap ones about its often hard to choose. Sames goes with thrillers. Or any genre for that matter. Oops.
