thanks! i'll have to look into japan rail just to get an idea...maybe last year's pricing wont be so far off. I know i'm way ahead of the game but i'm just so excited! two years not boarding has been hard, but i guess diving makes up for it lol! I will probably be posting the same question in november to see if anyone has any information =)

is their any package deals for any of the resorts? or any tourist companies that offer discounts? this will be our first time to the area so i was trying to budget =)

I'd hate too since i have a brand new board back on the east coast =( i have my boots...just no board. is the estimated $35 a day accurate? I know that $50 for a lift ticket is probably pretty normal...BUT...we are a two person show so whatever we get will be x2 then x5 or 6 for the amount of days we hope to be boarding.

Hi! I was wondering if any of you have used a tour company to book lift tickets at a cheaper price in sapporo japan? We have our flight and hotel booked for feb 2-9, 2014 at the Ramada but in looking at the lift tickets at the resort Sapporo Teine....OR really any other suggestions for that area. I have seen that if we went through Sapporo Teine ticket counter directly it will be roughly $50 for one person for one day. with my husband and i both going, and both needing boards for 5-6 days... i was hoping for information on a cheaper alternative. & bringing our own boards are not an option
