[Kurodake janurary dates]

Hello,

hope everyones summer has been good. We are putting together a trip in hokkaido in this year and are looking to go to kurodake. Ive heard that it can close during winter for a while does anyone know a way to find the exact dates? we were looking to go 25th-29th of jan and have contacted hotels but they didnt know. any help would be much appreciated! we wouldnt like to turn up to find out that the ropeway is hut due to too much snow!!

[Hakodate ski areas]

Hi all

We are wanting to do a day trip to Hakodate to have a look at the city this feb and were looking to tie in a few hours at one of the resorts nearby, does anyone know if Hakodate nanae is worth while? It has a Gondi and we thought it may be rather quieter than niseko/rusutsu. Or kiyama kogen?
