Does anybody know what the story is about that one lift chair with the bell at the top lift of Edelweiss Ski Resort in Tochigi?

A friend of mine had his ski pants stolen in an unlocked locker last year and some ski-jo in Gunma.
I remember reading on another message board from a ski resort in California a few years back some 300 snowboards were stolen on one weekend alone.

Hunter Mountain also uses electronic tickets.
A funny thing I've noticed about the large collection of paper lift passes I have is that they are all exactly the same size (9x6cm).
Seems easy to counterfeit, don't you think?
Back home in the States, lift tickets come in all sorts of shapes and sizes. Some would have bar codes for lifties to scan in case they think you counterfeited yours. None of my lift tickets from Japan have anything like that.

Tsugaike and it kicked my ass.

Anybody know which shop(s) in Tokyo would be carrying these so-called ridiculously light boots?
Does anybody actually own a pair and can attest to their lightness, feel and durability?
I'm looking for some nice light boots with medium stiffness, so if anyone can recommend other brands, it would be greatly appreciated. I'm also looking at thirtytwo lashed boots, too.

I'm talking about this one.
It's the only chair out of many others on that lift painted gold with a bell on it.
My friend and I made idiots of ourselves trying to get the privilege of sitting in it and we actually succeeded.
Edelweiss is a small ski-jo in Tochigi. I think it's to Hunter. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask the staff about this mysterious bell before we left. =(
