Kodoriyama is just over 3km to the south of the central Aterazawa area of Oe town.

The approach to the ski area is from the north as the road continuing to the west is blocked in the winter months.

There is no shuttle bus service available. Taxis are available from the station.

By road

12.5km from the Sagae IC on the Yamagata Expressway

Nearest national route: Route 287 (1km away)

Kodoriyama is to the west of Sagae IC exit and about a 15-20 minute drive.

There is very limited free parking at the base of the ski area.
