Nishikawa Chomin is less than 4km from the Nishikawa IC exit on the Yamagata Expressway.

From the Nishikawa IC exit, turn right onto Route 112 and after about 3km turn right at the sign for the ski area. The ski area is less than 1km off the main road.

There is limited parking for up to 150 vehicles at the base of the ski area.
