Ikawa Skijo Kainayama is a ski area located on the northwestern slopes of Mt Kaina in Miyoshi City in the western region of Tokushima Prefecture.
There was expansion and renovation work done in 1997, but the origins of this ski area date back to 1927.
Ikawa Skijo Kainayama currently has one triple lift and one pair lift.
It is the only ski area in Tokushima Prefecture and one of only a few on the island of Shikoku, the smallest of Japan's four main islands.
In December 2025, just before the season started, it was announced that the 2025-2025 season would be its last.
