Information status
Not yet updated

Mizuho Highland is a ski area located on the northeastern slopes of Asayama in Hamada City in Shimane Prefecture, close to the border with Hiroshima Prefecture.

There used to be two areas and bases to Mizuho Highland, Highland Side and Valley Side. The bases are separate, but they are connected on-mountain.

The Highland Side base is less than 3km from the Mizuho IC exit on the Hamada Expressway.

Mizuho Highland did not open during the 2020-2021 season, but the Highland Side re-opened from the 2021-2022 season.

There were plans for the Valley Side to re-open. However, since then only the Highland Side has been operating.
