Koshi Kogen can be found about 1km off Route 291, just by the side of Prefecture Road 474.


It is geographically to the east of central Ojiya city and to the south of Nagaoka City.


Ojiya IC is the closest IC exit on the Kanetsu Expressway, but Koshi Kogen can also be approached from a number of other exits on the same expressway.


There is a free car park for 300 vehicles by the base of Koshi Kogen.
