Budoh is about 14km from the Asahi Mahoroba IC exit of the Nihonkai Tohoku Expressway. From the Asahi Mahoroba IC exit, turn left onto Prefecture Road 208 and at the traffic lights after 250m turn right onto Route 7. Follow Route 7 north towards Tsuruoka until reaching Budoh. The ski area is on the left hand side just off the main road.
