Itoigawa Seaside Valley is less than 13km from the Itoigawa IC exit on the Hokuriku Expressway.


From the IC exit, turn left onto Route 148 to head towards Matsumoto and Hakuba. After the traffic lights about 8km later, turn left onto Prefecture Road 225. Follow this road to the base of Itoigawa Seaside Valley on the right-hand side.


There is free parking for 1,000 vehicles close to the base of Itoigawa Seaside Valley.
