Snow Park Dorogawa is a small ski area located near Dorogawa Onsen hot spring area of Tenkawa Village in central Nara Prefecture.
This is is the only ski area in Nara Prefecture.
There are two rope tow style lifts at Snow Park Dorogawa. However, as many visitors do not use the lifts, only sledging and playing in the snow, there is a separate entry charge and a charge for using the lifts.
Snowfall is not always reliable in this region, and the ski area is known for opening 'when it can'.
Unfortunately, it was not able to open at all during the 2023-2024 season.
