Miyagi Zao Shiroishi is about 19km from the Shiroishi IC exit on the Tohoku Expressway.
From the Shiroishi IC exit, turn right onto Route 4 and then after about 2km turn right onto Route 457. After about 10km turn left onto Prefecture Road 51 and follow the signs to the ski area.
There is parking for about 1200 vehicles at the base of the ski area. Parking is free every day of the season.
