Shizukuishi is located to the north of central Shizukushi town. It is about 11km from Route 46 road and a few more km further from Shizukuishi Station (Tazawako line and Akita Shinkansen line).
A free shuttle bus is available from Shizukuishi Station to the ski area. It leaves the station at 11:45am.
There is also a free bus service from Morioka Station. The first one leaves the station at 9:00am and takes about 50 minutes.
Reservations in advanced are required for both services.

Shizukuishi is about 20km from the Morioka IC exit on the Tohoku Expressway.
From the Morioka IC exit, turn right onto Route 46 and then towards Shizukuishi using Prefecture Road 212. There are signposts along the way.

There is a large parking area at each base for a total of around 1,000 vehicles. Parking is free every day of the season.
