Hachimantai Tayama is just over 10km from the Ashiro IC exit on the Tohoku Expressway.


From the Ashiro IC exit, turn left onto Route 282 and follow the road for about 10km. The ski area is on the other side of the expressway, about 1km before Tayama Station.


There is free parking for 100 vehicles at the base of Hachimantai Tayama.
