Rubeshibe-cho Happodai can be found just over 1km from Route 242, also known as the Oketo National Highway, to the south of the main town area of Rubeshibe.

The Maruseppu IC on the Asahikawa Monbetsu Expressway is about 55km to the north west of this ski area.

From the Maruseppu IC exit, turn right onto Route 333 and then follow that road and then Route 242 to Rubeshibe.

About 40 minutes from Kitami.

There is free parking for 200 vehicles close to the base of this ski area.
