Hidaka Kokusai is located about 14.5km to the south of the Shimukappu IC exit on the Doto Expressway.
From the Shimukappu IC exit, turn left onto Route 237 (Furano Highway) and head south for just under 13km until reaching the junction with Route 274. Turn left onto Route 274 and after 900m continue straight on using Prefecture Road 847. Continue for another 600m, over the river bridge and then turn left to approach the base of the ski area.
