Karuizawa Snow Park is located in Naganohara town in Gunma Prefecture, to the north of the popular Karuizawa town and to the east of Mr Asama. It is mainly a family-oriented ski hill with a winter 'dog run' as well for those pets who enjoy the snow. One course is called 'Cabbage' and another is called 'Egg'. Gnarly!
Karuizawa Snow Park first opened in 1999, so 2020-2021 is the 21st Anniversary.
Gunma Prefecture is located in the north west area of Kanto region on the main island of Honshu and shares borders with Niigata Prefecture to the north and Nagano Prefecture to the west.
