Imajo 365 is located on the eastern slopes of Mt Hachibuse in Minami Echizen town in the central region of Fukui Prefecture, close to the border with Shiga Prefecture. It is the most southerly ski hill in Fukui Prefecture and usually one of the first to open in the Kansai region. Previous snowboarding restrictions no longer apply - both skiers and snowboarders are now welcome every day. Oh, apart from the one 'skiers-only' course. Imajo 365 is usually open until 11:00pm on Saturdays and nights before holidays.
Fukui Prefecture is in the Chubu region of central Japan, facing the Sea of Japan. It borders Ishikawa to the north, Gifu to the east and Kyoto and Shiga to the south. Most of the ski hills in Fukui Prefecture are found in the north eastern region to the east of the capital, Fukui city.
There are some snowboarding restrictions at Imajo 365

The 2018-2019 winter season is approaching! Hurray!
At the time of writing more than 60% of the ski hills in Japan have still not updated their own information for the upcoming season. We are continuing to manually update the information on these ski resort pages of SnowJapan but for the moment things are unavoidably a mix of old and new. In most cases ski resorts open and close around the same dates each season, so even if the planned season dates shown on this page are still from the 2017-2018 season, that is usually a good indication of what to expect this time round.
