Nozawa Dream Lodgings started operating in 2015/16 winter season and currently owns and runs two ski lodges in Nozawa Onsen, named Nozawa Dream and Nozawa Dream Central. We are looking for friendly, hardworking and enthusiastic candidates to enhance our Team.

We are looking for staff to join our highly motivated team, working with guests from all over the world, offering a professional service and memories our guests will never forget. It's important to bear in mind that although there is also the opportunity to have a lot of fun on the mountain, in the village etc during off time, the job is very demanding and physically/mentally challenging at times, therefore we are looking for candidates with the right mindset, who understand that the job takes priority.

Roles Available

We are looking for Lodge Assistants / Helpers, ideally on a full time (40 hours/week). Main tasks include providing services to our Guests (check-in, check-out, front desk, etc), housekeeping/cleaning, snow shovelling, DIY maintenance of the lodges, etc.

Period

To be formally agreed, but we expect the employment period to be from mid-December until almost the end of March. However we have some flexibility regarding start and end dates.

Benefits

• We provide a fixed salary, and its amount depends on working hours, experience and skills

Skills / Requirements

• It is not required to be fully bilingual, however candidates need to be able to communicate in both English and Japanese (essential)

• Good interpersonal skills with customers, and interest in interacting with people from all over the world (essential)

• For non-Japanese candidates, a Working Visa for Japan is required (essential)

• Previous experience in the hospitality industry (preferable)

• Driving license (preferable)

• Cooking skills (preferable)

• DIY skills (preferable)

雇用期間

今シーズンの雇用期間は12月の中旬から来年3月末まで。

ただし開始時期や終了のタイミングについては、ある程度柔軟に対応することが可能です。

• 給与は就労時間や経験・スキルによって異なります。

• スタッフの宿泊施設は補助ありでご提供致します（民宿敷地内）。

• 食事は付きません。スタッフは民宿のキッチンを使用して、各自で自炊して頂けます。

• 英語と日本語のどちらでもコミュニケーションの取れる方。（必須、ただし完璧なバイリンガルでなくてもかまいません）
