Fine and much calmer weather after the stormy weather of yesterday.

Not quite as windy this morning, but still windy.

We have some stormy conditions here this morning with a strong southerly wind and some snow coming down and being blown around too.

Brighter earlier on but a bit of snow now.

The snow eased off yesterday with Yakebitaiyama this morning reporting 5cm.

Good morning from Shiga Kogen where it is very cold and snowing quite heavily as I put this report together.

It was a windy morning yesterday. Thankfully it improved during the day and this morning there is a more normal northerly wind, but ski areas should be opening.

It's a windy morning with some rather wet sleet/snow early on.

Clouds above us this morning with various shades of grey, though some brighter areas too.

After some rain, snow has started falling from early this morning and quite heavily too.
