The sun is out this morning.

It's a lovely morning here. Nice and cold, and there's blue sky.

More good news this morning.

It's snowing very nicely this morning and has been coming down at quite the rate.

The snow haul since my last report here at base is a pleasing 19cm and with probably more than that in higher areas.

It's February already. Blimey.

It's the last day of January and for this report I have 11cm of snow to report since yesterday morning.

As of 8:30am, there's have 24cm of new snowfall to report from base and it's still coming down.

Enjoyed a few hours out there yesterday in that fun mix of weather conditions we had.

It's good news this morning too as we venture back into double digits of new snow since the previous day.

This morning the sun is shining through my window just now. There's an increasing amount of blue sky above Hirafu.

We have light snow falling this morning and I have 4cm to report to you since. It's relatively mild this morning.

Just a dusting of snow to report to you this morning from base. I just about feel comfortable posting 1cm for this report.

It's Monday morning, and varied conditions to report. Just 3cm of snowfall to report to you today from base, with likely more to find out there on the mountain.
