It got a bit windy yesterday in the afternoon but as far as I can tell lift operations were mostly unaffected (unconfirmed, but I don't suppose it matters now!).

I almost feel like I could do a bit of automated copy-pasting and spend more time with my toast in a morning at the moment.

This morning I bring you news of 14cm of fresh snowfall.

The consistent snowfall continues. This morning I have measured 17cm of snow down here close by Hirafu so we can expect 20+cm on the slopes.

Another 16cm of snow since my measurement yesterday morning as the snow keeps on steadily coming in.

Another 11cm of quality fresh snowfall to add to my reports this morning.

It's another extremely cold morning up here in Hokkaido and snow continues to fall. And I have another 18cm of fresh to add to my report.

After saying I wasn't feeling well yesterday, a few kind souls sent me messages via the SnowJapan folk.

4cm of snow measured, light snow and light wind; and cold conditions with regular snow there on the forecast.

Spring? Nope, not up here! It's still mid-winter here and it looks set to continue.

Yesterday the weather was a bit mad once again. I am no fan of strong winds; there're just... annoying.

It's a bit... wet, this morning. Not rain, not quite powder snow either. Sleet I think is the word I'm looking for. Or wet snow.

All clear blue skies this morning. Hurray!
