Fresh snow as we enter the last week of the season here at Madarao? Yes, a nice layer of snow on the ground as the snow clouds continue to deposit some fresh.

There's a bit of fresh snow to report this morning.

With just over two weeks to go, we get another blast of winter like conditions and around 20cm of fresh snow.

Just a bit more snow from yesterday morning before it clearer.

It really is a good morning it is too with some decent fresh snow around.

It's another remote report this morning as I had to come here to Matsumoto all of a sudden yesterday. So this information is coming to you from the resort (I will adjust/edit as necessary later/tomorrow morning).

The wet of yesterday turned into snow later on and this morning the resort is reporting about 5cm of fresh snow.

Some early cloud around but there's also blue sky and the sun as we approach 8am. I guess it is going to turn into a fine day.

Cloudy with fog this morning and 7cm of fresh snow to report (the resort itself is reporting 5cm this morning).

The cloudy and limited visibility conditions are back this morning with snow falling again and just a dusting so far.

Today should be a fine day. Some cloud around early on but it's due to clear and bring us lots of sunshine.

And it sounds like it is a good (and cold) morning. The resort is reporting 20cm of fresh snowfall; my trusted friend says he measured 32cm since yesterday.

As much as I wished I was in Madarao, I unfortunately have to be in Tokyo today. So this is a remote report coming to you with the help of my friend up there. I trust they are being 100% honest with me!
