It's turning into a fine morning here (lots of cloud about earlier in the morning). Still some cloud but some blue sky too and the sun is breaking through.

Snowdrifts. Limited visibility. Lifts may be a bit delayed.

Hey, what happened to all the snow we were expecting? I think it took a wrong turn somewhere. Ah, but the forecasts are still showing heavy snow for tonight into tomorrow and the winds to be stronger.

Can't see much out of the window right now. It's snowing and quite windy. And tomorrow we are due some really heavy snow.

Blue skies as we approach 9am on this Saturday morning and the start to the extended weekend (Monday being a holiday).

A fairly modest amount of snow overnight. Snow is due to ease during the day and then we're about to get some sunshine tomorrow. If it promises to stay cold, that's all good!

Lots of snow again yesterday and 30cm being reported by Madarao. It has eased off pretty much for this morning but visibility remains limited, though I note a bit cleared on the Tangram side of the mountain.

This morning we have a layer of snow on the ground. Not a huge amount, but up to 5cm so far with more due today, tonight and hopefully into tomorrow too.

A nice later of snow overnight after that very agreeable day of weather yesterday. Light snow on and off is expected today with some moderate to heavy snow likely tomorrow.

The snow did ease off and just a bit of leftovers to report.

It's a right humdinger of a new year too with some mad snow in the region. Easily another 50cm since yesterday and actually we didn't get quite as much as we thought we would overnight.

Snow storm time! Visibility poor, cold, bit of a northerly wind. Care needed outside.

Yesterday we enjoyed some clearer skies but it's back to lower visibility this morning.

The day starts with the sun out. Some cloud but lots of blue sky and it is a cold morning. Looks beautiful, especially with that fresh snow look.
