This winter storm is still over the region and providing us with further snow. The resort is reporting 30cm of fresh snow; I am measuring 36cm.

Wow, it really is snowing big time at the moment.

The resort is reporting 11cm of fresh snowfall this morning, I am measuring a little less but still good to see a new layer.

It's a cold and very sunny morning once again here in Madarao.

It's a stunning morning. Amazing. Blue skies, fresh snow.

Couldn't be much better news this morning on the second day of the season with a good 24cm of fresh snowfall to report, and the resort themselves reporting 30cm on the slopes.

8cm from yesterday that I hadn't reported yet and another 41cm this morning. So 49cm is going on the report this morning.

6cm more snow folks and it's snowing.

It is a beautiful Sunday morning here in Madarao and going to be a relatively mild one.

More snowfall so another update as we get closer to the opening date - a week on Saturday.

Another snow report in the run up to the season, this is from yesterday... right now there's some blue sky opening up as the clouds start to scatter.

For the sake of continuity in this pre-season period, I feel compelled to report the snow.

And here we go, the first cm of snow to report from base. A nice decent layer of fresh snow on the ground this morning with everywhere looking good and white. Love it.
