There was an avalanche yesterday at around 2pm within the ski area and five people had to be rescued.

It is actually fairly cold early on this morning but the sun is out and we expect a bright and sunny day today and tomorrow.

Sadly we did get some more rain and a windy kind of day too. Not great!

I, for one, am rather pleased that yesterday is over and we can try to start again in this new month.

It is snowing in places at the moment, with some rain still in others. No cm on the ground to report and the snow is on the wet side.

It's not very nice this morning. Rain, poor visibility, a bit yucky.

Well, it's the last day of February and we end the month with... some rain and mild conditions. Not great.

We did end up with some nice weather yesterday morning with some blue sky and sun for a while before clouding over by afternoon.

The last morning of the month started with (light) rainy and damp conditions.
