It might be snowing more in Tokyo than Zao this morning. Which seems odd, but hopefully very soon change!
We do have a few cm of snow but it is just a cloudy morning for now. So when's this promised snow coming? By tonight hopefully and it looks like potentially quite a lot of it. We'll have to see.
Just cloudy now then but cold.
