The snow started yesterday afternoon, wet at first, but this morning there was about 10cm or so of fresh snow waiting for us when we got up.
Since early on this morning though the clouds have dispersed. Right now as of 2pm we have beautiful clear blue skies above Zao. Lovely. Very quiet out there too. With that new snowfall it is a good day out on the mountain.
Likely to have more snow fall tomorrow.
