Yesterday around 11am whiteout conditions started. We had around 15cm by 7pm. Light snow continued from there.
Right now just cloudy skies but forecasts say more snow is incoming.
The skies should clear up in time for the weekend.
Official snow depth (reported by ski area):
Yokokura area: 85cm
Uwanodai area: 120cm
Utopia area: 210cm
Chuo area: 200cm
Paradise area: 200cm
Summit area: 180cm
Lifts & courses:
The ski area is open as planned
Night skiing is planned in the Uwanodai area daily until 24th February (and then 1st/2nd March).
