Good morning from Zao.
It has started to snow this morning and there's some decently sized flakes falling outside my window just now. Earlier on I would have been posting 0cm for today, but I can now add 1cm. Fingers crossed it'll be piling up.
Wind though is affecting the operation of some lifts this morning meaning we have limitations this morning... right now the upper section of the Zao Ropeway and Kurohime quad are on hold.
Limited visibility on the mountain too. I suspect quite a few people will decided to soak in an onsen this morning and wait for the weather to calm down. Before that though we do have more snow due through the day today and tonight. Perhaps a fair bit - let us see...
