'Pre-open'!


Yes, Zao Onsen is part open --- today and tomorrow. The ski area is reporting 40cm on the Chuo area and the Chuo Number 1 pair lift has been moving from 9:00am this morning (also the Ropeway too of course).


The real ski area opening is still planned for 11th December.


We are expecting clearer skies from tomorrow through Tuesday.
