I was almost snowed in yesterday morning. The resort was saying there was 30cm in places and I measured getting on for 20cm myself. Good to see a fresh layer and patchy lower slopes getting a whitening.


Expect things to warm up tomorrow and the day after before cooling down again at the weekend.


Official snow depths (as reported by resort):


- Summit area: 75cm

- Paradise area: 80cm

- Chuo area: 90cm

- Utopia area: 100cm

- Uwanodai area: 35cm

- Oomori area: 15cm


- Lower areas closed; upper areas remain part open
