Hello from a sunny Zao.
The official snow depth at Chuo (the open ski run) is actually unchanged since last Friday, and it continues to be open... just getting narrower!
The no change since last week thing feels unlikely and I'm interested to see how long they continue. I'll let you know when there's some kind of announcement.

The Zao Ropeway is going to be closed from today until 24th April for 'maintenance'.
