It started snowing around 6:30am this morning and by the time of this report there is just about 1cm to be able to report.


Some lifts affected by wind conditions this morning including the top section of Zao Ropeway. (The video of the Chuo pair lifts shows them moving about quite a lot in the wind). Less windy down below.


Zao Kokutai pair lift is now closed for the season.


Official snow depth (reported by ski area):

Yokokura area: 90cm

Uwanodai area: 130cm

Utopia area: 235cm

Chuo area: 240cm

Paradise area: 240cm

Summit area: 240cm
