Somewhat strange weather at the moment. It has gotten all mild on us this morning and with just a sprinkling of new snow overnight and a temperature of 0C here in the Zao Onsen village area, it's kind of disappointing as we were expecting more.
Even up at Utopia this morning it is only down to -3C, so a rather mild start to the day for Zao. It is snowing though and we are told to expect it to get colder later on. I'm hoping to bring good news tomorrow morning.
