Yesterday the clouds did move back over Yuzawa and we did get some snow falling at times (and overnight) - though nothing significant.
You might be thinking that I have heavy snowfall to report this morning - with news of that in the Hokuriku region on the TV News last night... but that's not the case. The sun is out and actually since early morning we have increasing amounts of blue sky appearing over the town.
For now it is a cold start and partly cloudy. The snow clouds are lingering to the north of us, moving from the west and missing our region for now. You might remember a similar pattern happened before a few weeks ago...
Kagura are reporting 5cm of fresh snow and I can report just 3cm.
Will the clouds move back to our area today and tomorrow (as forecast)?
In the meantime, it should be another very nice morning to be out there!
