The day is starting with cloud and rain but we are still expecting clear skies and sunshine. Today it might not get warmer than 14C in town. At 7am Kagura were reporting a cold sounding -4C... and 3cm of fresh snow too!
From tomorrow, sunshine and a return to warm is very likely as temperatures once again rise to low to mid 20s. That sounds more like Golden Week!
One thing we hadn't noticed... GALA Yuzawa have recently installed a rope tow lift next to one of their park areas in the Northern Area. Interesting to see that appear.
Three more days for GALA Yuzawa and the Tashiro Area of Kagura. After that Kagura plans to remain open (access via Mitsumata Ropeway) until 22nd May.
